By downloading or using the Vestic iOS app (formerly Relic), you agree to these Terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to all App Store apps. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Vestic identifies antiques, collectibles, coins, and similar items from photos using artificial intelligence, and shows an estimated market value derived from publicly available marketplace data (such as recent sold listings and current listings). It also offers an AI "appraiser" chat about your scanned items and a local collection tracker with CSV export.
All identifications, authenticity assessments, reproduction-risk flags, value ranges, and chat answers are AI-assisted estimates provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not a professional or certified appraisal, not authentication, not financial, legal, tax, insurance, or investment advice, and not a guarantee that any item can be sold at any price. AI can be wrong: it may misidentify items, miss reproductions, or mis-estimate values. Market data reflects third-party listings at the moment of search and can be incomplete or change at any time. For decisions of consequence (buying, selling, insuring, donating), obtain a formal appraisal from a qualified professional.
Vestic offers optional "Vestic Pro" auto-renewing subscriptions. The plans offered in the app may include: a yearly plan (with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers); a yearly plan whose first month costs a reduced introductory price, then renews at the regular yearly price; a discounted yearly plan that may be offered once after you decline the regular price, which renews every year at that same discounted price; and weekly or monthly plans. The exact price, billing period and any trial or introductory terms are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase, in your local currency.
The free tier (first value reveal, a limited number of free appraisals, and limited chat messages) is provided at our discretion and may change.
You agree to: use the app only with content you have the right to photograph; not scan photos of people, identity documents, or other private or unlawful content; not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, resell proxy access to, overload, or automate the service; and not use the app to violate any law or third-party right. We may suspend service to abusive clients.
Listings, prices, and links shown in the app come from third-party marketplaces we do not control. Opening a listing takes you to the third party's site under its own terms. We are not a party to, and accept no responsibility for, any transaction you make on third-party marketplaces.
The app, its design, and its content (excluding your photos and third-party listings) are owned by Crafted Studio. You keep all rights to your photos; you grant us the limited technical license needed to transmit them to our service providers to perform the appraisal you requested.
The app is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any estimate is accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crafted Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost savings, or losses arising from reliance on any identification or estimate, or from decisions to buy, sell, or value items. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us through the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may update the app and these Terms; the effective date above will change and continued use constitutes acceptance. We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice; active paid periods will be honored or refunded via Apple.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
