By using Lumi you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.
You may only upload photos that you have the right to use — typically photos of yourself, or of someone who has clearly consented. You must not upload images of other people without their permission, nor any unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. You are responsible for the photos you provide.
Don't use Lumi to create misleading impersonations, deepfakes intended to deceive, or any content that is illegal, harassing, or violates others' rights. We may decline to process content that violates these terms.
Headshots are generated by an AI model and are stylized interpretations — they may not perfectly match your appearance and can contain artifacts. Results are provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
You keep ownership of the photos you upload. Subject to the terms of our AI provider, you may use the headshots you generate for personal and commercial purposes — for example on LinkedIn, résumés, and business profiles.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumi and Crafted Studio are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
