Use a clear, well-lit, front-facing selfie with just your face in frame. Adding a few photos improves the likeness.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Open the iOS Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → Lumi, then manage or cancel. You can also tap Manage Subscription in Lumi's Settings.

How do I restore a purchase?

In Lumi, go to Settings → Restore Purchases, or use the Restore link on the subscription screen.

Where are my photos stored?

Generated headshots are stored only on your device. See our Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my data?

In Lumi: Settings → Clear all headshots, or delete individual images. Uninstalling the app removes everything.
